My Area Manager & Regional Manager were not at all supportive they use abusive language on a regular basis also mentally harras us, they were not all in favor of creating a working environment and also use to demand share from incentive which is not at all supportive from their end and kept our moral down from working.

You get your salary at the end of the month. This is the only Pro of the company.

Dislikes

You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

Auto promotion policy.. as it's killing actual talent and giving undeserving salary to employees who are doing same work since last 10 years in same department. Ppl are more comfortable with let it go policy.

No growth, poor salary package can't survive present time, over working time without extra money, no proper office sitting space in two wheeler Bajaj auto finance Ltd in showroom, no office, no holiday.
