You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Also they sell at a much higher price than than market rate. Next thing you know they will convert everything into subscription model. You have to pay and use so that you can contribute in their revenue generation.
