If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.

HR are use less , 100% biasness in hiring,increment and promotion . HR department is just seek of name. Lobbying in every department.... Bangali, North Indian, South Indian lobbyists is more strong department wise It's good to be jobless rather than working in useless and harassing environment of BAJAJ....

No learning and development scope. Expected to be available 24*7. Appraisal and growth is based on favouritism. Incentives are based on unrealistic targets. Top management has no clarity on objectives and goals.

... and help to ground staff for growth his/her carrier. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and company give good salary hike and bonus every year as per performance.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
