Job is a very good gift from God it cannot be bad. It serves you and your family. No dislikes. It can be possible that you get a bad manager who doesn't understand it's team members but it's okay, you get paid for your job noone else opinion matters. I agree that at some point of time tragactries of growth will get affected if your manager don't understand you but at the same time if you are not satisfied you can look for change.

They're all fraud. At first they tell you that they'll give you fixed salary of 19k. For that you've to crack IRDAI exam , give them a business of 3L and four candidates. But after a completing it you'll eventually find out that there's nothing like fixed salary , they'll give you 7k if you give business of 50k minimum in a month and additional 12k if you give a business of 1L. FRAUDSTERS Mr. Parthajit Das (CRP) is one of the biggest liars anyone could face. Pls don't believe a single word what he says.

Job security is only good thing. Not much expect in terms of leaves and salary hike.

No work life balance. You have to work even on weekends as well as on leaves. I had joined about year ago and not a single day passed that I didn't had to open my laptop. Bosses tells like 'A soldier is never off duty'. I was at funeral and boss didn't even hesitated to say "baithe baithe kya hee karega.. laptop kholke cases maarde'
