New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Few employees out there are nice and cooperative.

Dislikes

The marketing manager doesn't know private space. Even if you can't work due to any reason this company will ask you to do the work. There are no Saturdays off even if you do not work to do on Saturday. The work environment is not too good. People judge you a lot in this company and would even play personal.
