...d similar horror stories company need serious overhaul before it’s trustworthy!! Already wasted my valuable 1 year in this shit company Company is interested in giving extra salary to freshers who don’t even know about the products This shit company is already lost genuine 60 employees in past 12 months I repeat 60 genuine employees!!!!! The hr team was completely ineffective often ignoring emails and requests for support they are more interested in make up and skin care Specially pune HR team

THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY IT IS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE BEING HARRASSED AND ABUSED ON DAILY BASIS.

THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO WORK AFTER THE SHIFT TIMINGS AND WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR THE SAME AND ALSO WILL LAY YOU OFF IF YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE FOR WHAT IS CORRECT.THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY "BEING A LADY" WILL ABUSE THE MALE EMPLOYEES AND EVEN THE FEMALE ONES.NO ONE SHOULD JOIN THIS COMPANY RATHER REMAIN UNEMPLOYEED FOR SOMETIME

...on employees are subjected to harassment are not compensated for their efforts . The toxic work environment undermines morale and productivity , and failure to pay employees is not only unfair but also illegal .prospective employees should be cautious and consider the serious implications of the joining a company with a such troubling practice . For those currently employed ,seeking legal counsel might be a necessary step to address issues

The Hr is not professional at all they thing they are but no Salary also is less also they screw the candidates Even if you email them and call them 100 times you won't get the resolution unless it's highlighted to the owner you only get a response is I'll let you know Or I'll ask to do it The other TL itself fills the ears of other team members to be against the TL of the team It's target based job and they say you are BDMS but it's truly Calling job only at the last The Hr says it's walkable distance from station (western line) but the truth is every single day we spend30 to 40 mins in the bus to reach the office / to come to station Or else the ricksaw cost us around 50 to 60rs every fair even no travelling allowance is given TLs get incentives rs 100 wow it's a lot why are they even giving that though A big no to the company more than 45 days have passed and no sign of the salary Or no notification given from any of the member of the organization Think 1000 times before joining

Overall good company with good salary structure with decent incentives I loved the work environment made lot of friends everyone is friendly and good nature people

I would suggest to add Some extra activities on weekends
