I like that we still have the opportunity to work from home.

Dislikes

Theyn need to revise there salary structure. We do not get paid for the actual hours we put to work. They don't even give small gifts that every company does on festivals like Diwali and everything. The behaviour with the employees is too bad sometimes. They don't care about your personal life...and would try to impose their working hours on you and would expect you to work 10 hrs instead of 8 hrs...since they are working 10 hrs on an average.

...en to what managers say they never listen to freshers or new joinees or juniors. Even the HRs are not at supportive you have to follow up with them for everything they are just getting salary for doing nothing

Learning experience and growth is good. Salary is decent as par market. People are approachable.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure. Working on weekends. Poor work life balance. Workday can go upto 16-18 hrs a day in busy audit season.

Compensation is the only thing which I like at most.

There is no balance between personal and professional life. At the start of the day at 9 am, the day never end. There is no one who can guide you even if you are new to the organization.

Depending on your luck you get your team, me having a good team was the only thing that helped me survive

The company has a very toxic culture, the HR will make loads of false promises before joining and will draw back from them after joining, your utilisation is everything in this company, you live or you die it does not matter how many hours are you working for the company is what matters, nothing else
