1. Familiar environment with supportive team and colleagues 2. Positive and understandable seniors with supportive manager and boss 3. Work is work , we are at work place for work and i am experiencing a balanced life so in a simple word no work pressure. 4. Boss always appreciate for good work, which is the best. 5. I don't know what will be my ending here but definitely I will always count this place as my best part because of the respect and support from team, senior and boss

It's not dislike but I personally feel I am getting a less pay than i deserve and as compare to work I do There is no saturday off, atleast in a month must be 2 saturday off. sunday is not enough for self or family interaction. Please if any of my management team member reading this I request think about it

The worst part of the company is Sales thing if you want to join never join as sales team or CRM never . So the team is handle by person who is only work on her personal friendship always she want her everyone to her personal stuff which obviously not possible if you don’t she will start creating issues with you the worst team to join else other department are fine management doesn’t know what she exactly does if they knows trust me they will do something however they don’t

(1) No Job Security (2) This is hire and fire Job. They will fire you without any intimation and pressurize you to sign clearance form 1 hour before working end of the day. (3) Start pulling your leg within few days of working. 6 months of probation period is mere a document for them. (4) One induction will be done and you will be loaded with lots of tasks with pressure.

1. There is no job security just hire and fire company. They will fire you if you questions about their's favorite peoples. 2. No emergency leaves. 3. Even work culture is worst they will dig their's leg in everything you will do.
