I worked in beb 3 year its good company but due to company economics problem. I had to left job

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Terrible to sustain even for a week. Accounts Dy. Mananger misuses office intercom for gossiping and lakhs of salary for the same. She only has the work of giving news about other employees to MD of the company. She sees to it that no one's salary increment is done. However, gets her own increment and her junior's increment done in regular intervals. The work culture has deteriorated because of her.

Only thing dislike was salary getting three to four months late & poor with subcontractors payment issues.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign.
