All faculty are very friendly and approachable in department works. Salary norms are good. Students and faculty are friendly in nature. It is happy that they give Saturday as holiday.

Dislikes

...to relieve. Work environment before relieving would be some what uncomfortable . Salary norms are as per Government 6th pay rules. Career growth for permanent employee is satisfactory. Teammates are not having patients to train junior/ new faculty in work environment. They don't use new technology in administration and other works. There is no smart working Nature.

No dislike , like, need to practice professional way, reduce lengthy decision making process and involve more non academic person involve in decision making process to achieve the goal and objective of the organisation

This is one of the best university in Chennai with best faculties team. University is truly a non-profit organisation dedicated to the students and faculties.

I'm a student there, I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree, it is a 4 year course and I'm in my final year now, still haven't had the so called placement training, I'm disappointed now. Still it was good in those times when I spent before the pandemic, I rate my university 4.5/5 before pandemic and 3/5 after pandemic.

Dislikes

I dislike nothing, because I had good time learning things and about life there.
