Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Likes

Workers are being taken care. Food and essentials are arranged. Health camp is organized. Location where it's possible to maintain social distance work being allowed to do so that workers livelihood not get disturbed.

Dislikes

Autocratic style of management. With that approach many of the new things are learnt. Many a time will get disopinted as our view's or suggestions are just floated. However it is best place to learn at all levels under the guidance of head of company. If an engineer fits in and survive for 2 years he can lead the life anywhere.
