Overall good because in the time of COVID-19 they didn't cut salary.Provide full salary on time. Work culture never depends on company it only depends on your boss/senior. Company policies are very good.

...portunity to fail Azure as well . No stones un turned . High level of politics . Bringing his own people on highest salary to jeopardize company operations, human resource . 2. Asset management head - Mahesh Arali - another fungus of politics - knows nothing - speaks everything. He has ensure to fully support CEO in failing this once amazing company. 3. Both it them has paralyzed the complete system to ensure that old and trusted employees are out from organization and they can bring their people . 4. No company survives or make profit by firing people . People make company . They are complete failure to company and entire fraternity . 5. Surin Nandi - AGM . Another failed manager - Resignation On - salary increase - Resignation off . 6 investors should look and assess these people role and take necessary action . 7. No Skill development 8. Long list . Have seen this great company failing due to this poor management and toxic workplace the top management has made .

Benefit, compensation, travel policy etc which is offered to the employee is best in the Industry also a person gets to learn a lot in the Organization. If the employee has the potential he/she can reach the higher position in the Organization in no time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
