They want you to work for 24*7 but they never want you to ask for your salary after 2 months also. They are totally a trap playing with careers of many freshers .

Hi readers azure never provide an average salary to a job seeker , they are just openlooting candidates , and they stretch the work and finally it depends , if you are okay to work with low salary and high pressure ,azure will hire you no doubt .

It's a nice company to work with. Good work environment and people are very friendly and helpful. You get good opportunities to learn new things. They motivate their old employees to learn new things and grow in their professional career. Very nice company

I like to work in this company because people care about me as a person and about my professional growth. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping the customers & clients. My boss(s) listens to my ideas and the whole team works together to make then happen. We all support each other and work together to offer creative feedback and then make our ideas a reality. The diversity of the work that I do ensures that no day is like any other, and i am always focused on bettering the learning curve, which makes me feel good when the day is done!

Dislikes

As of now what I see is, lack of skill development/training and learning sessions from company's end. Other than our core domain if we get learning more about management, business driven strategies etc., it will be really helpful to enhance our knowledge and the same can be utilized for our carrier curve.
