Hospital is owned by a retired air force official, who served the country as Doctor. So ethical practice is must here, Head doctor is a Retired vice chancellor PGI Rohtak orthopaedic surgeon, so work culture is good because of the Head administrator. Job security is there.

There is only a single problem of salary, which varies from date to date.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Cheap and D grade working environment.They just play the dirty games to through out the employee from the company who don't allow to disrespect them from the so called senior co-workers and even they don't give full and final amount.

Every person setting on upper level every one is full off attitude no one is supportive 🤬 firstly I talk about MS OF hospital MR.PARSHANT don't know how talk to employees eshe baat Karte h jaise hum kuch h hi Ni.Baat karne Ki tamizz Ni h or mujhe bola AGAR TUM DR.RAJ THE DIRECTOR OF HOSPITAL UNSE MILI TO ME TUMHE RESTIGATE KARDUDA .or ye log ush inshan Ki sunte h Jo ishko pasand h.Phle ye log joining kralete h ushke baad TOURCHER Karte h resin dene ko agar inki gulami na kro to DR.PARSHANT ,NS.MAM,AND one new D.N.S is there MR.A.B.C he is always in anger ptani Apne gharse ladke aata h to hospital me staff PE apna gussa nikalta h they all toucher me to give resin I m staff nurse in this hospital.purane staff Ki value Ni h new staff chiye inko and hospital H.R every H.R is to listen the problem of employees.but in this hospital H.R Head do what the HOSPITAL M.S say all work in team to TOURCHER tha employee.
