Horrible. Have not received salary for now 11 months. Of that 8 month's continuously. Most of the resident consultants over the last 6 months have left their job without receiving their pay mostly for more than 5 to 6 months

Staffs are good. They teach us as per their capability. You can learn as you are doing as a critcal care nurse. It will be very benifit to gain your knowledge. you will get a good and safe environment. But its problem to get off even when you are sick also. They will tell that staff is less so you have to adjust. Some time they give. But you have be very please to them.
