Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...rking envirnment for grls anf ladies. Teammates are not supportive all are same.there have not any policies for staff , thay dont give good salary and not have any bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the managements doesn't address our issue. Salary was not taking to time to time , job traning is give 2days only after that fresser is older.

Dislikes

Lack of Quality of staff rather quantity of staff hired by the company. Damages of goods during transhipment, losses, customer dissatisfaction due to some company staff negligence or unresponsible behavior. Employer promotion, Increment, recognition system should be taken seriously and improved.
