Extreme partiality towed employees. Only selected employees directly linked to Director, VP can get good benefits rest of all department employees have no benefits other than salary. Even bonus is deducted from salary so don't expect anything extra

...working days : no work life balance , fixed Sunday off. No festive holidays too. Targets : forcing clients to pay even if there is no scope for their entry . At time of yearly Appraisal- they say that you were not performing well , we cannot give u hike. If u want prove us wrong. This was director communicated.

Only good about this company is that they provide training for your skill development.

Salary is very low, they deduct the salary by without any reason, company policy always keeps on changing as per the mood of director.

All sales are wrong sales No concern about students career Many students lost their money by paying to Y-Axis for Immigration and admissions for abroad universities. The unethical domestic company I never seen.

Good skilled people are exploited with huge work and very small compensation. However the one thing that is good is everyone is given an important work and are given a feeling that they are important for the system.

Exploits people with really very very low compensations.
