They will throw you like a shit. Irrespective of the work you have done for the company. Respect the employee. Account managers are doing partiality when its come to the appraisal.

In axelon, there is a manager called charles cameron, he is such a arogant person, he took everything personal and take revenge from employees, he work from USA and dominate Indians by saying slang languages, and If you complain to management about him, the management will terminate you by giving silly reason..At the time of hike, they tells emloyee to resign..worst company ever I worked and the worst bit## manager ever I worked with.. wasted my 1.5 years here. I suggest you do not go blindly to axelon. Specially in Charles team.. Now talk about HR's, There is a guy called Kiran Kalleti. He is the HR Manager, evertime you find he is sleeping in his desk, doesn't know about the what are the responsiblities of a HR ..you can imagine how dumb jack he is by looking at his experience. He had 14 years of experience in IT sector, as a software engineer with different companies like HCL, Dell etc, and now he came to HR domain..😂😂.. if you ask a question from him, he will open chat gpt first and then he will reply.. I strongly suggest to all my brother and sisters, please do not go to axelon or else you will regret in future.

Management is so supportive to employees, Can earn as much as you work, Every Friday night dinner.employees can work for long years.

CHARLES CAMERON waste manager of axelon, he is unfit as a manager. he is only reason axelon getting dislikes. He treats Indian employees like workers, no respect or gratitude to his team members working for his team.he is biased towards offshore team.

It is a MNC, and very good culture and ethics. Axelon is very famous in USA. The whole work environment would be like abroad. Not based on typical Indian corporate culture. Posh and internal complaints commitee is there to support employees. Events are big, every month employee birthdays are celebrated with gifts cards and cake cutting. Good leave policy. Free snacks and Friday dinners are provided. Weekly free doctors consultation is provided.

One way cab facility. It can two ways
