Awone lacks any redeeming qualities, leaving nothing to be liked or appreciated about the company.

Dislikes

Everything about this company is a red flag, warranting a unanimous 1-star rating in every aspect. 1. There is no work-life balance or work satisfaction. 2. Absolutely no learning can happen in Awone 3. There is no company culture. The CTO will make sure you suffer for nothing. 4. There is no training for freshers. They expect freshers to do everything on their own. 5. Missleading interview claims: Awone promises data science projects but offers only tedious development work. 6. They will make you work on weekends. Alarming: Awone Engages in potentially illegal practices, prioritizing profits over employee compensation impacting countless lives negatively. Every employee at Awone unanimously hates the CTO and is frustrated with Awone in general.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
