I can work happily with my team mates..

Dislikes

Low salaries with slower growth for all departments. Sometime yiu are sitting idle and immediately you get lots of work pressure. So due to lack of planning, work and personal life is get imbalanced.. Very low DA(250₹) if you are traveling for company and leaving you family back at home alone. Moreover leaving your comfort zone and spending from your own pocket.. Sometime it is very painful when you have to train your subordinates and to take risks on their accomplished work.. It is just because there is no training program for freshers.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
