The management is so bad worked there for a month on the salary of 10000 but didn't get single rupees and it's not just me my 3 more friends went through the same. Actually I took few day leave for exam I ask the floor manager about how to take leave he said that you have to draft e mail I did then exam extended for 3 day more so again we went to office so the manager said they are not replying for mail so you can take leave without mail we did that as it was our first job we weren't aware of wt to do wt not so we did what manager said we tried our best to contact the everyone but got no response at last they all decided to not give any salary We worked so hard brought sales for the company too but in return we got cheated on i really needed money that time so bad for my college fees rent food but avodha gave no money but trouble And it's not just us young working students who is going through this but the people who are taking course also have lost their money They select young students as their employees because they can cheat them smoothly It really affected my mental health Had breakdown too many time Never trusting the this company again

Im impressed by the training sections given by Avodha... Its little bit boring... Bt ok we can manage that... And we secure under our team..Companies policies are ok.. Great opportunity for students to achieve heights..

The reason that every academic counsellor faces tht is salary.. We gave our 100% to seek an admssn for avodha, bt the input we got is less than our outputs.. Avodha classes are poor bcz of site error... This happens day by day.... I lost 2 students from this issues... Sometimes im fed up with this site error... It is better to fix a tutor and provide studycentre for all in a fixed rate.... Im working for 1 year... I takes 30plus admssns... No one is hired...

Fraudster alert!!!Don’t ever join Avodha. This company is a big fraud company they only make people slog and then don’t pay the money which is due. I too underwent similar experience and know of many people who also were cheated like this and I am sure there could be many more too. During the time of recruitment, I was promised a very good salary. Their words were so convincing that I believed and joined the company only to get cheated. They made me work for hours together for more than 2 months and whenever I would ask for payment, they would say some reason and give more projects. So far I have only done projects without any pay. And for sure they have made money from the projects I made without paying me my dues. unfortunately there is no proper law system to protect people like us and punish these fraudsters. Even if there are laws such people always get away with us. Hence this is the only way to protect ourselves from such disgusting people. Company like this should be black listed and the people should go bankrupt. Beware from this fraudster!

I started working as Avodha back in 2021 and have been working here since. I was working as the Head of Academics for a year and then joined the Digital Marketing Team. I found myself an opportunity to travel to Avodha’s offices all across India and train the sales personnel. I now work as a Pilot Trainer here at Avodha and to be frank I love my Job.

To be honest I don’t really dislike anything about Avodha. In my personal experience they’ve been great and I’m also doing something I love which is travelling so no complaints :)

Worsted management. Abm sradha's behaviour like a colony lady . she don't know how to behave. Clients are not satisfied with this behaviour.
