While I appreciate the over all work environment at Avinash, I have found that the compensation package may not align with industry standards for a position of my responsibilities and experience. I believe that fair compensation is essential to recognize and retain top talent.

People will grow their skills Learning and Development part is also good Policies for employee benefits are good.

Dislikes

People who don't have skills but know buttering they are still getting jobs security over there, poor decision making ,bad culture.

All the seniors and colleagues were friendly and helpful. I have learned about how a mall management is done. It was overall a good experience.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Obviously I have learned how to face challenges and work in a company so I don't think anything negative here, everything is a lesson and something to learn from.

Work-life balance is great, and management and colleagues are supportive and polite.

Dislikes

You will only be involved in the development of the design brief, and coordination with the consultants, and you will get involved in the sample unit designing and execution and the procurement of the material. If you want to get involved in large-scale projects during their execution stage, you will not be allowed to do so. No involvement in the specifications and BOQ thing.
