I love the transparent system of approach. The sub staff are very decent and follow protocol to the core. We have a gleaming Chairmam and Dean. Principal ma'am 's are super supportive & unbiased.

ఏ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్/కంపెనీకైనా అనుభజ్ఞులు అవసరం, కొంతమంది విషయంలో వీరు(ప్రిన్సిపాల్, హోడ్స్) ప్రవర్తించే తీరు సరిగ్గా లేదు. దీని మూలంగా కొంత సంస్థకు నష్టం వాటిల్లుతుంది. ఎన్నో ఎక్సపెక్టషన్స్ తో వచ్చే ఎంప్లాయిస్ జాబ్ వదులుకోగలగడం, చాల కష్టమైనది. మేనేజ్మెంట్ ఒకసారి దీని పైన ద్రుష్టి పెడితే బాగుంటుంది.

Salaries are paid in time...except that nothing special..

No job guarantee..n hikes are very low n they give us in the month of August where u lose all the options of educational institutions..it's a kind of game play.. always management's decision is final.. whatever it is..they are collecting huge fee's from parents but quality infrastructure and faculties are not there..even if they remove one faculty in the middle of the semester they won't appoint another lecturer for that sem..what all they promise in the councelling is all trash..no such courses are there..be aware of these things before joining your children there..don't fall into the prey of A/c buildings..they are all rented only

Where ever we work there will be a chance of having politics everywhere but it required to have a competitive spirit in everyone
