Seriously saying i dont like anything to work with avenir innovative, because they don't bother about there employees. There is nothing to like in avenir innovative

- They don't call employees in whole contract period like what is happening, or do you guys facing any difficulty in client location. - They cut your Salary without informing, and when you ask HR why you given less salary they don't Even explain why they have cut our salary. They just say we have got less from client so that's why we have cut your salary. but no proper clarification on salary cut. - They also don't give proper P.F. amount. P.F. amount don't get on time after 2-3 months you get your P.F. only when you ask HR. - They don't provide any privilege leave or any sick leave. When you take leave they just cut your one day salary. And also your 1 day P.F. amount. This is not a good thing for any employee. They should atleast give 12 sick leave in whole year. - They don't care how their employees are working in client location. They don't call you or don't take any meeting for their employees problems. - if any employee is facing problem or have any doubt that employee calls HR, they don't Even sometimes give proper answer, just ignore the issue and say will call you and the calls never comes. - Company don't have any policies, they build policies on the go without thinking about employees. They just think about themselves. And when you ask any doubt about their policy they just talk harshly and say you want to work then work or else leave the company. - I'll say that if anyone wants to join this company join only when you have no option left. And keep in mind all the points written above. There is no work life balance here, no clarification for doubts, no growth, no work satisfaction, nothing.
