I felt really bad when there is no support from the higher management when it comes to salary, there is no growth and appraisal in this company even my salary was credited late. My last working day was the 5th of May 2023 still I did not get FFS its been 91 days even i have been waiting for a Digital signature from employer to withdraw FP by 60 days still it is on pending whenever i speak to HR they will tell it will be done but they will not do the needful. I am totally disappointed joining this company

Salary on time not given, every month will be the same issue, it’s been 2 yrs I was worked in that company Till now they have not credited PF amount from employer side, even I tried to contact somany times, they were not responding…. I don’t knw weather they will credit PF amount or not, and management it’s too worst full of politics, can’t survive 6 months in that company

Excellent place to work, everything is good like Managment, Work culture, Office Ambience, Rewards and Recognitions etc., I have been here for almost 5 years, and would definitely recommend others to join here.

We get to work on very high end innovative product enhancements. Great learning experience as we work on the product needs of our US mortgage clients. We have a 100% work from home policy. HR Team organizes team building exercises every other Friday ensuring that week ends with fun .

Few delays have been seen in the last few months on salary delay.

They Allow us to work from home , we hardly need to come to theoffice . Fun activities are organized on Friday even for the employees working from home . The management believes in open communication and listens to suggestion of the employees Opportunity to change shifts.

They delay salary payments sometimes.
