1) training was good. Jaun sir (trainer) were really corporative and friendly. 2) weekly activites 3) work from home 4) wifi reimbursement 5) day shift 6) helpful HR team

... you anytime. 3) they want 100 percent accuracy. Will treat you like a Robert. 4) they will deduct money from your salary for every error you make. That's ridiculous tbh. 5) you have to complete all the work on the same day. 6) they don't care if your wifi is not working or laptop is dead or anything. They just want the work complete doesn't matter if you work till 12 AM.. 7) 9 to 6 job timings are only for name. It will take more than 10 hours to complete the work. Pressure is way too high here 8) no leaves. They will reject your leaves everytime. If you are sick or want to attend a wedding and want a leave, you have to show them a proof of the same. 9) no respect. They're just too rude. 10) no job security 11) 6 months probation 12) not extra for overtime In short, only apply here if you are ready to take immense pressure and can provide 100 percent accuracy. 100 means 100.. 98 97 percent would not work.

Company policy is good but not maintaining as per policies mentioned and working is good.

Salary processing and employee issues will be not be solved early Carrer growth is slow Also prohibition period is not good in this organization they may extend till 6months or above

I would like the environment of Avantha technologies the reason behind , they don't pressure on employees , no work pressure, the weekly.. cultural activities are fun , every.. supervisers are very friendly.

...leaves- no leaves will given to employe even if he is sick or not able to come 2)salary- no increments in salary even if you working from 1 year 3)working hours- working hours of company is almost 9:00 hours, if your late for 10 mins you need to complete those 10mins on the same day or next day, this is more than spending time to ourselves, for company

No hike lowest salary no leave this one small company but showing international level totally un fit company so suggest to everyone don't work this company that's it
