Earlier, it was fun to work and there was a good career opportunities. But with the new management taking place, everything seems to be uncertain.

Too much of politics and favouritism works here. With the new management taking over, there is highly uncertainty about the Job security. There is also no prospect of career growth.

There’s no Job security At the company. Any time you may ask to leave the company. HR and management are least concerted about the the career of the employee. Despite of handling the good of work management will say the person don’t have work and fire them.

Job insecurity. Immature management. No HR support.

Young, dynamic Labour force... Good co-operation... there's something for everyone...Still in growth phase..has great potential!

Lack of planning and proper direction from top. Getting up the ladder can be difficult! Need to be proactive as all are very competitive on the floor!

Unprofessional company ..it's a back.office of pharma company on South Africa. No job security n back office head is unprofessional. Think 1000 times before joining . thanks
