1. Next level office politics. 2. No one takes responsibility, if you take then you will work like a slave. 3. Worst behavior with vendors, invoices don't get cleared for 8-10 months even if the work has been completed. and surprisingly no one cares. your relation with vendors get hampered due to this, and management expects us to deliver work. such level of hypocrisy. 4. Designation to the employees - free distribution, you can name it and you will get it. any body can become AVP, VP etc. no skill to handle that job but if you are master in office politics you will be at the top.

Given the nature of Skilling Ecosystem - which is so dynamic and fast evolving - it's not so easy to remain updated - in terms of awareness and knowledge and how to convert it into implementation actions. So there is some sense of feeling at a loss - not purposefully though.
