Superb work environment and culture.job security is 100% secure but management is good but not too much. Teammates are suppotive. Company policies are good and fare.

Career growth is slow . Salary package isn't good.management doesn't address our issues

One thing i like about working in Autometers Alliance Limited is that you have a good work life balance. Talking about job security, if you do your regular work your job is safe.

Dislikes

No innovations and new products. Salary compensation and appraisal are quite low compared to the market.

Autometers is a loss making company right now. please have a look at the balance sheet and profit loss statement from 2015 to 2021. The company is running in loss and got blacklisted by Indian Railways and Alstom for new business. Management issues. Recently death happened of managing director of the company and afterwards no body is here to take care at senior management and the company is in the process of shutting down all it's business. Autometers has shut down recently it's Autometer's Baddi plant and Greater Noida gas plant and Noida's moulding plant. Automters has no future and about to close it's all plant and business very soon. No new sales order from any customer.

Dislikes

Loss making company and got blacklisted from Railways for doing business, don't have money to give salary to employees. Autometer's even don't have money to give full and final to it's leaving employees. So if you are joining then take advance salary before resigning because they will not give you your last month salary. This company is about to get close and shut down all it's business so never join this drowning ship.

A good plateform . Well known name in Railways. Cleanliness, good infrastructure. Following rules of labour ministry and give as per rules.

Dislikes

No any new Product development since 2007, A huge salary difference, no any criteria , Increments only to see the face. Inter Departmental support is not good. Only more paper work in files instead of actually. A 200 crore turnover since last 12 years. Responsibility to be defined and reviewed from marketing and R&D. Material out process through account and store for sending to sites is very tough. No initiative taken for collaboration with other escalator company and inside development. Controller of escacaltor could be developed here

Loos Making Company. Company is running in loss. Management Issue. Recently death happened of Managing Director of the company and no management or owner and it is about to close it's all operations and plants very soon no new business from customers.

Loos making company. don't have money to give salary to employees. No Job security. Owner (MD) is dead recently and no body is here to care care of company. Directionless company and about to shut down all it's operation and about to get sold in auction. This company is about to get close very soon.
