As per my experience, working here can really expose you to various system on how a accredited lab functions. You can continuously learn about the work. the work culture and management is below average but they ae open to your feedback.

...visit are not planned properly neither allowances are appropriate for site duty. salary are below average then the market standard and appraisal are very nominal.

HR and management are cheaters. They not pay any benefits to employees, salary also not done on time. At time of FNF they harras to employee and did not pay her or his FNF. I sincerely say that don't join with them.

Salary payment is always late. For salary you need to provide reason eg - home loan emi, children's school fees... After resignation Full and final settlement will be done after 1 year. Worst management.

...very poorly managed company. The owners don't give a crap about their employees. The salary is not paid in time it is delayed for two months and if any employee asks about it so that they can pay bills, owner's replies are ridiculous (Eg- Did you take our permission before buying something so expensive. Now don't come asking for salary). There is a lot of politics and favourism among the higher ups. No coordination between any of the departments whatsoever. This affects the staff working under them. There is no limit to overtime in this company and no benefits of overtime as well. Overall it is one of the worst companies that you may come across with.
