It’s like a gang of old time people working and they don’t let good people come. If any good people come then they either push them hard with internal politics or make it difficult. Many good people left last year. The owner is a good person but is stuck with poor people. Horrible mid-management people with high salaries and less salaries for sales guys who actually do the grunt work.

Co-founder, Anil dhar is a great person and very supportive to his team. A person of such calibres, wasting time in AB, can have more success and respect in outside a company…

...ve a forceful resignation so that they would not come under government scrutiny. Further they would not release complete amount of FNF on time, they cut down the variable amount percentage to more than 60% and pay only 30 to 40%. There is no hr policy nor hr has any authority to take decision on their own. HR department is playing a dummy role. They would not listen to employee. Employees are working 10 to 12hrs shift on regular basis without any extra pay, sometimes ask to work on weekend. Establishment of 19 yrs, company still does not have any stable process and hierarchy, very frequently change the process and could not let stable the process , also, the transfer of employee to inter-department are so frequent that employees get in-stable in his/her domain. In this company product employee move to operation or CRM or vice versa without employee consent. One day suddenly you will get the information of movement without your consent and you do not have a right to oppose the decision. Company doesn’t care of employees specialisation or future. If you will got a good opportunity, company would not give you an early release, HR is pathetic, they will ask to get HOD approval and would not help you out. No HR policy implement here without management consent. Working culture is very toxic, management will pressurise and will mentally torture you to complete task.

1. Almost everything - the culture, the place, the management sucks. 2. One of the really worst places to be out there in product management. 3. The promotions are 0 and the appraisals are almost 0. 4.There is no job security, it's on the whims and fancies of your seniors. How good chaatu you are, ensues whether you will be secure or not. Politics is on another level. 5. The company over-all lacks good work culture. The company is not at all ethical even with their employees or even with their clients. 6. Unethical ways are followed to just get the work done. It is strongly recommended to avoid this company at all costs whatsoever.

...the time - like a chameleon watches its prey, managers keep a watch on the team. Salaries / bonus is delayed and very bad. All reviews on glassdoor and ambition box are forced by HR - they give awards, vouchers in social events, lunch / coffee to write such reviews. One person is recruited in HR to call people, take them on zoom call, take control of PC and write reviews. For real picture of the slaughterhouse, call EX & AXED employees. Abuses and insults are a every day scene on this job.
