HR policies are not bad. Canteen facility is good.

... each & everything saying will terminate you immediately and will inform HR etc. Only package wise the organisation provides the standard but 50% of your salary will be deducted in the deduction like cab because its pricing is at the sky high too costly & the canteen deduction is also high . There is nothing called subsidiary from the organisation.

I didn't find anything but salary wise it offers better compare to other companies

There is no growth in this company. For growth, we have to do lot of things like buttering and oiling. There is no value for chemists. In their opinion chemist's means labour's only. Whatever you do you have to produce four molecules per month per FT. Plz don't join in this company

...iring for higher position without productivity.Hard work will never get noticed.SRC people are looting the company with fat pay package as a result bench working peoples compensations are always compromised.HR policies are always confusing and they just try to do something without much benifits.Have to work on weekend without any compensation.Food is worst and transport is very expensive.Do not join if you have a choice.

Nothing to like, no work life balance

Daily 12-14 hours of work in the office, I am working in Cell and Gene Therapy production, we don't have any work life balance, no Saturday, Sunday, no holidays, daily 12-14 hours work, can't take comp-off also, manager will not approve, in last one year 9 people had resigned from the team and team strength was small and later it became only 6-7 people including HOD, no persons were hired for the vacant position, now again 4 people resigned and 4 new people came. Here work life balance don't matter, mentally sick work environment, and yearly appraisal is rubbish. HR is also in trouble, they are unable to find people, don't come to Aurigene Cell and Gene Therapy, this department sucks, work stress will mentally torture you. Don't come here.
