Salary always comes on time here at Aujas which last working day of the month.

Manager is very rude and very unprofessional. There is govt project in new delhi and manager can fire you anytime. They are very unprofessional when it comes to discussion.

Work life balance, interaction with higher management, perks during festivals and holidays, good learning opportunities, variety of national and international projects.

Dislikes

Below market pay, below average hikes even to employees who exceed expectations. Nothing else apart from this.

... b) Managers are really abusive and like leaches that suck your time and energy. They pay you minimal salary and expect 4 resources work. Experienced people join here nd leave immediately. Though it is good for freshers. c) At last the organization is so unprofessional they put rehire no as a remark and experienced people have to give an explanation in joining organization. Absolutely unprofessional and low grade organization.

Dislikes

No standards, policies out of the world, no work life balance, worst and abusive managers, low grade third quality organization.

Best for freshers to kick start your career, will able learn a lot, telling from my personal experience

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
