It's a good place to start your career being from a small town but the work involved at root level is very basic and there is no learnings involved.

The main problem I had was with the salary, even after getting promotion to higher position Salary increment is not satisfactory.

Because of this is Clint dependent company so that's why there is no job sequrity, if the project is completed then employees want to look for another job.

Worst company i seen in my life first they are act like they are professional but not, No work life balance bs kutto ki tarah kam karo yahi chahiye is company ke malik ko, no comfort salary or increment ulta koi function ya kuch khila de office me do paisa kat lete hai. No job security 230 employees ko ek sath nikalne ka dum rakhti hai ye company TOTAL TIME WASTE DONT JOIN.

This is not a company but a POLITICAL PLACE where they don’t value skilled and educated employees.. they only believe in buttering system.. Good employees will not going to get any promotion and respect they only give opportunities to those employees who do buttering. Please guys find any other better job but don’t join this company you will deeply regret if you do.. If you want to waste your time and want to do affairs then only join..

Respect individual There is a organization, who helping the fresher to make a career in corporate world, providing soft skills training, etiquettes, along with all the traing which necessary to learn a new employee, who wanna start their career in corporate with friendly culture. Also teaches adopting quiet skills.
