Monetary Compensation is good, they provide travel and accommodation whenever required

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible, unreal working hours, no weekends, no process at all what so ever, they use words like; "if you dont want to obey you should leave" - and i said that in a very polite way

The leadership, headed by the CEO and COO, showcased admirable competency and strong leadership skills.

Dislikes

During my three-year tenure at the organization, I initially found it to be an excellent place to work until mid-2023. Unfortunately, changes in management had a profound impact on the overall experience. 1. Work-life balance has been compromised and also need to work on weekends 2. Management is not ready to listen the complexity and time constraint in development. 3. No recognition for hard work

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
