Company is good, BUT IN SELL OLD GOLD DIVISION MANAGER SHIVA IS TORTURING EMPLOYEES, HE IS DOING VERY TORTURE TO EMPLOYEES. HE DON'T HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PRODUCT AND PROCESS. HE IS TERMINATING SO MANY EMPLOYEES DUE TO NON PERFORMANCE REASON. BEFORE HIS JOINING IN AUGMONT ALL ARE WORKING GOOD. WHEN HE ENTER HE IS NOT SUPPORTING AND HE IS TORTURING STAFF.

Well, it's like being part of a treasure hunt every day-except the treasure is gold, quite literally! Jokes apart, the best part is the mix of innovation and traditions. We're dealing with something as timeless as gold but with modern tech twists like digital gold, SIPS, and even jewellery on EMI. Plus, it's satisfying to see how our products make investing in gold simple and accessible for everyone. And of course, the team? Solid as gold!

If i had to nitpick, it's the struggle of aligning traditional gold business practices with modern tech solutions - it's like convincing a vintage car ti run on AI! but hey, challenges keep it intersting.

Love the exposure, learning, transparency, and flexibility. I have worked for 15+ years in different scale of companies, and in different countries, and no other orgs so far have had this much learning and exposure at all the levels.

We are growing, in a thoughtful pace, and aiming 10x. Just wish our office and pantry was bigger :)
