This company is taken over by a other company. There is nothing good about the company. It's night shift. American timing. There is lots of office politics. Many people are leaving the company. The company is very toxic. You can't relay on some of the reviews. The HR calls peoples and tells them to give positive feedback on various websites.

Dislikes

...ou think you will get some raise or promotion but they will keep giving excuses. Most of the people here are fresher and they lure them with high salary. Then they torture them with lots of work pressure. You need to beg them for your earned holiday. When I resigned they didn't accept my resignation. They keep blackmailing you that they would black list you from getting other job. They will keep torturing you since they know you need the experience letter and other documents. Many people have just absconded from that place. If anyone has given a positive review, don't believe them.

TBH, the management is everything, but can't be expected much; especially from India Head as he has his own way of working as per his convenience & based on his requirement. First of all, he is from different background with experience in operations & isn't aware of Medical Scribing or Medical Transcription & can't understand situation of an MT or MS.

Dislikes

Especially India Head or the leading man in the company without any knowledge of Medical Scribing.

If you got "THE FEMALE TRAINER".. all the best coz she has a full potential to ruin your day and night (Job is night shift). She doesn't have any manners how to talk to people. You'll hear things like "Your parents should be ashamed of you", "you are not serious about the job"(if u try to take a half day).
