The work life balance is very good as they have WFH culture because Atos is environment friendly. The work culture is also very chill.

Dislikes

There are no appraisals at all. They just promote you to a higher designation but they don’t raise the CTC. There is no growth in atos. My project was not very technical and I thought of changing the department where the work is more technical but there are no vacancies in other projects. Atos doesn’t have good projects where you can get a good experience for your resume.

Likes

There is a strong Governance/ Process and those are great learnings. Other than that every aspect pretty much depends on the supervisor you get and how things are handled. Atos India get business from their counterparts from onshore so India acts as a cost centre which means they have to work on stiff budget. Work from home is easily provided.

Dislikes

Like other companies, maintaining transparency at work for Managers is difficult.

Autocratic top down decision making culture with very short term thinking. Very frequent changes happening at leadership level, an org structure level which makes you feel insecure and visionless.

Decent job security, Relaxed timelines.

Dislikes

The policies are not employee friendly, recently they closed two office locations (Kolkota and Gurgaon) without even discussing with employees. Bare minimum appraisals not even as per industry standard. Scrapped work from home policy. Local travel for shifts also scrapped.
