Management will throw you in to the project you only need to let yourself. During the project escalation your team lead itself won't support you. Technical team will not take the points on time Technical team lead won't assign tasks to the resource properly, Management also won't support you. You need to get scold from both client and management too your personal life will be into toss. Very very very Toxic Toxic Toxic environment.

Wow place to interact with employees :-) Team Outing and Team lunch is mandatory for all employees every 6 moth once. Which really boosted us to work and build happy teams

its bit hard to navigate at a first as its unlikely normal job and new place.Once you learn all the tool excellent to move forward nd worth it
