... the paths of fool to each and every person including clients and consultants. They are taking 6months salary amount cheque as security deposit and made bond for new employees. Not providing salary slips, not filling PF, not making expanses, etc.

Dislikes

Every months workers begging salary and making strikes, no any respect of site engineers at site, company don't purchase material on time, not clearing engineer site visit expanse and they are force you to use your money and don't make advance payment, and then your money stucked, Every 6 to 8 months full staff changed and management loves to higher new people and spoil other's career, so new people didn't know the tricks of management. As they have master degree in how not to pay anyone and how to delay the payments. Not making payments of leased accomodation of workers and engineers and owners insulting engineer and workers. Every day in factory court notice came, bank agent comes for loan recovery, police come for cheque bounce of vendors, etc. Many more to write but one last thing not join this company.

Nothing to life there , you will either get knowledge or salary. Totally time waste.

Even i do not want to give 1 star , it is 0 star based company, no timing for salary, no planning for work , do not give money to any other vendors for work , the calls to engineer and say that no one is picking call give my money . H.r is also very worst Show salary and d.a different but when you go to site there is no any d.a for your tour . I never seen such company. We can not say it is company. It is shop of 10 to 12 person. Never go to this company, it will be good to be unemployed.

The workplace is somewhat reasonable, but the management & company policies system is moreover poor and worst.

Whatever you give to the company but they will never appreciate your work and there is a salary, increment, and promotion issue remain as long as you work.
