It’s a great place to work in terms of developing skills and connecting with some of the smartest people in the industry. Everyone is passionate about their work and gives it their all to ensure the company’s success.

Dislikes

There is next to no mentoring or nurturing of resources. You’re left on your own with no guidance and if you mess up, they hang you out to dry. Managers are not coached on how to mentor and help their teams grow. A lot of the management decisions and actions are emotional rather than legally sound. Many of the legacy core team members run unfair business practices under the guise of the founders.

I didn't have enough challenges after a while ,all the projects became repetative .
