New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1. no leave till probation they will cut your pay, fresher probation period is 1 year. 2. no experience letter till you complete 5 years. 3. no work from home facilities. 4. company doesn't own software to work, have to do paper work and its very time taking, hectic process to do. 5. company's TL, HOD, VP don't know how to talk with the employee, they always harass and pressurizes you for the work. always said i will remove you from the company. please do not join the company if you want your mental health good.

i worked as a excuative - tanker department . Its very wrost company. Seniors are always showing attitude. If you express your knowladge and experience they terminatr you immediately. I never suggest you to join this company
