Salary always came on 25th or even before of each month. Great employee engagement activities. Free lunch.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very poor work atmosphere. It’s only bucketing that can help you climb the ladder, your skill sets mean nothing to the management. A manager was saved from POSH case while the subordinates were fired without justification. All kind of illegal things happen here. Global Atkins really needs to look into the inconsiderate behaviour of management. If you know nothing about people management, zero communication and interpersonal skills, you still can become manager by only staying in the company for long.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.
