The salary and compensation is really bad. They don't follow industry standards. Because of this many employees are leaving the organization.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gamimg arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and They were giving me good salary and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

To be honest I would not say dislike but just a little more what could be done was on Salary. A little more if possibly be, could make it amazing.

... at 11 pm on Saturday night. But they consider wearing seatbelt is essential. But decent compensation makes you want to get a fighting chance at keeping your job. But when you are up against vicious management political game, you hardly stand a chance. A very noxious environment -unhappy peers, 0 trust within team. Manipulated, abide to ones tantrums- or leave. Overall, horrible experience. I wasn't dealt a fair hand.

...r staff. Accommodation, Food, Play time is very important part of Kentz culture. The compensation of employees experience are very friendly.

What I don't like most is the Demonitization of employees due to some projects halted,by his most of the employees are demoralize to their home country, until a call back from their favourite Employer 'Kentz'...I am also one of them!!!!!
