1. Since the company is relavently new in its space, the learning curve is actually quite good, and also as the employees are very few(Around 10 people) in number, you are put into the main work quite soon. Hence in terms of learning, a definite thumbs up! 2. Work environment is somewhat cool wherein most of the people you work with are mostly freshers or people with 1-2 years of work exp. This gives a sense of comfort and you can often find your go-to person.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Organizational politics accompanied by favouritism wherein 99% of the decisions rest upon the MD and his favourites. 2. No hiring of experienced people takes place owing to their unique culture which welcomes no new ideologies, hence no experienced person is willing to join the company. 3. Lack of proper reporting structure wherein feedback is recieved from everywhere apart from your immediate senior 4. No place for people with the slightest level of intellect. Be ready to leave your wits outside the doors if you happen to join the company as they will ask you to completely forget your personal attributes and transform into a person they wish to make. 5. Career growth is reduced to a bare minimal as the field restricts you to one domain of research. 6. Work life balance is totally out of place. Your efficiency will be compared to the number of hours you work rather than the work itself. This is accompanied by lots and lots of comparision and a big question on your self worth. (It surprises me to find such things present in such a small place of 10people)
