I never seen this type of worst management people, staff & low salary, company rules. Job designation depends on cast / religion base, more partiality. Very bad work atmosphere.

Manager is not supportive and internal politics is more. Less chance to grow up for new ideas as manager is doing partiality with team mates. Even not capable peoples may get promoted easily if manager likes them.

The good thing about the company is that you will get your salary and incentives on time. Sometimes it might delay a day later

The manager out there is very very rude. He doesn't have the professionalism to speak to the employees. He practices some unwanted things in the office. Its a very toxic environment out there. Its very difficult to survice in ATS travels, sec 63 noida
