The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. However, as a policy the organisation believes in benchmarking the Compensation at a maximum of Industry average or below it.

No Promotions, very much politics. If you know higher management people then your growth will be more like Salary, promotions, on-site etc. otherwise very poor growth. Very Bad Management nowadays.

Great for freshers with respect to high salary. Good for getting settled in late carrer for retirement. Nice one for building your mid carrer with opportunities internally available.

Dislikes

Takes more time for promotion sometime 2-3 or even beyond.
