... opportunity and no cme or training programmes conducted by hospital managment .salary was less than I demand.there was no travel oppertunities and there was work on sunday aswell. There was no any innovative ideas,only conventional methods following 10 years old technology. Working schedule was tight .

...pany showcases an excellent work culture and would take you to greater heights .the salary scale is totally of a decent nature and the work environment is totally fantastic.the learning opportunity provided to all employees is also pretty good in all terms..i started off my career with Aster group and i am happy that i made a good..no a perfect choice by joining Aster Medcity

Dislike about the salary table.Monthly salary totally different comparing to the joining form salary table.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that serves patient as a king. Thats patient oriented hospital.

For the past one and half year i got a good experience from aster Medicity .My was improved and within three months i got a good practical skill thats only because of their training . I was in micu 2 .senior staffs was very helpful and they give a good friendly atmosphere .

Give more support and time for new staffs to adjust with the hospital atmosphere ,rules and regulations
