- TECHNICAL SERVICES Manager Leadership Quality - Process engineer Job Role - Favouritism in the Technical services department The overall company culture at ASTEC mahad, leaves much to be desired. the environment lack professionalism and favouritism is a significant issue,perticularly in the TECHNICAL SERVICES department.this creates and unequal work atmosphere where only few employees benefit,leading to frustration among others. The leadership quality especially in the technical services dept manager is notably weak this has led to a decline in team morale and efficiency. process engineer role is same as production engineer. Job description is not fixed. The manager routinely assigns process engineers to work in shifts which are traditionally responsibility of production engineer.this not only undermines the specialized role of process engineer but also demonstrates a lack of understanding of job specific responsibilities.Technical services manager told to draw P&IDs by hand on paper instead of using standard tools (AUTOCAD) these outdated practice reflects a lack of adherence to modern engineering standards and hampers the accuracy and efficiency of work. the Technical services manager prioritizes questions about production quantities and yield while neglecting other critical technical aspects such as process calculations and troubleshooting.

...or undermines team members' confidence and often involves ridiculing colleagues. Despite offering a higher salary, the organization fails to retain talent because of the hostile work environment. Moreover, the job description provided during the interview process is often misleading and significantly different from the actual role. I strongly advise potential candidates to think twice before joining Astec.

Don't join in the name of godrej. Worker union issue even degree employee who is shift incharge join union due to bad culture and salary issue. PLVR loss each year due to less production

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area.

Factory manager in this company is unprofessional, Political Nature , Not technical good knowledge, Only their own people can developing & promoting, Union people not completed thier job in time. Batch Time cycle not matter for company . Employee Indiscipline at workplace . Lack of rules and regulation .bad communication.
