Its environment. Near in a village near Tansa river. Lovely place to relax and workout. Completely covered and surrounded by nature. The food is cheap and tasty. Me being production executive had very little issues with workers after a bit of tussle with some in the start of my career. Nice room to stay . There is not much to do , the work is calm and peaceful.If you are smart you can submit your new ideas to the owner of the company directly and he is really a smart man, Mr. Jathin bhai. Really shrewd and good judge of people .

With Aspee it is like roam and work from home. There are three plants situated at Wada and Bilimora,gujrat hence travelling is must in some sort for work. Workers are very enthusiastic and always ready to learn new things and think about improvements. Maintained company standards and brand.

About career growth , there is no proper development section for products and scope for mechanical engineers who seek to work in field of design and development. But with agriculture engineer it is possible as it is agriculture oriented company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest teachnology i love the fact that i m a part of a team that markets reliable

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes i have work 14 -18 hours straight in a day
